★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEVASTANTE !!!! rientrando da una splendida gita in Svizzera, il disservizio dell'aria condizionata che non funzionava, sosta in un'area di servizio fortunatamente prima dei 17 km del tunnel del Gottardo per capire il perchè e il bus (Mercedes) non è ripartito. Una sosta snervante di 3 ore, non è MAI stata inviata l'assistenza MERCEDES e tanto meno un bus sostitutivo per riportare a Milano 50 persone.
Elemosinando con i cavi la carica batteria da altri bus dopo tre ore ha raggiunto la carica minma per ripartire e portarci, sani e salvi a Milano.
Spero che l'agenzia non si rivolgerà MAI PIU' a questa compagnia di noleggio.
DEVASTATING !!!! returning from a splendid trip to Switzerland, the malfunction of the air conditioning that did not work, stopping in a service area fortunately before the 17 km of the Gotthard tunnel to understand why and the bus (Mercedes) did not restart. A nerve-racking 3-hour stop, MERCEDES assistance has NEVER been sent, much less a replacement bus to bring 50 people back to Milan.
Begging with cables the battery charger from other buses, after three hours it has reached the minimum charge to leave and take us safely to Milan.
I hope the agency will NEVER address this rental company.
