★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ti fanno prenotare il mezzo e ti organizzi, ma poi casualmente scopri che in realtà non hanno il furgone che hai prenotato e tranquillamente ti dicono che non è un problema loro!
Bad experience, they make you book the vehicle and you organize yourself, but then casually you discover that they really don't have the van you booked and they quietly tell you that it's not their problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza rilasente al 07/2021 quando prenoto un furgone, pago con la carta e mi reco sul posto. Arrivata mi dicono che il furgone non c'è quindi di chiamare il numero verde e di mandare una mail per il rimborso, senza minimamente preoccuparsi di quello che dovevo fare io e del disagio che mi avrebbero creato dovendo ritirare un letto già pagato ! Inizio con le mail e le telefonate
Insistenti per avere un rimborso anche se mi avrebbero dovuto risarcire anche i soldi persi per il letto e la giornata di lavoro! In tutto ciò il rimborso è arrivato pochi giorni fa ( ben 7 mesi dopo )
Assurdo !!! Per colpe non mie ho aspettato 7 mesi ( passati al telefono ) per avere questo rimborso! MAI PIÙ MAI PIÙ MAI PIÙ ! Schifo totale e già 1 stella è anche troppo !
Relaxing experience at 07/2021 when I book a van, pay with the card and go to the place. When I arrived, they tell me that the van is not there, so call the toll-free number and send an email for a refund, without worrying about what I had to do and the inconvenience I would have created by having to collect a bed that has already been paid for! I start with emails and phone calls
They insisted on getting a refund even though they would also have to compensate me for the money I lost for the bed and the day's work! In all this, the refund arrived a few days ago (a good 7 months later)
Absurd !!! For my fault I waited 7 months (spent on the phone) to get this refund! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Total crap and already 1 star is too much!
