Devo dire ottime ,Un profumo unico nell impastamento , l odore del cereale........del grano . In cottura sprigionano un profumo invadente del pane di una volta , persistendo per tutta la sala . Le farine si adattano sia per i dolci che per il salato (abbiamo fatto il pane, pizza, ciambelloni, ecc) I proprietari sono molto disponibili nel consigliarti varie ricette, sono gentili e simpatici. Non da meno i dolci che producono .....troppo troppo buoni. Il punto di forza di Noja' è l ' amore che Luca e Silvia mettono nel loro lavoro e nell 'eccellenza dei prodotti che producono rendono la loro azienda tra quelle cose che ci rende orgogliosamente italiani....da provare.....okkio creano fortemente dipendenza!
