Ho avuto il dispiacere di dovermi confrontare con uno di loro che purtroppo non merita di rappresentare il post vendita di un azienda valida.
Considerate l'idea di educare e far rispettare i parametri che pretendete dal vostro staff, altrimenti come consiglio vi do quello di cambiarlo.
Gli episodi 2 che si sono verificati nella mia abitazione sono inaccettabili.
Courtesy, professional and helpful property, shame about the workers who go around representing the company, unprecedented rudeness towards the customer .. I had the regret of having to confront one of them who unfortunately does not deserve to represent the after-sales service of a good company.
Consider the idea of educating and enforcing the parameters that you expect from your staff, otherwise I give you as advice to change it.
