Niente di più sbagliato! Il miscelatore del lavabo ha perso la cromatura dopo due anni e alla segnalazione del problema mi è stato risposto che avevo usato un anticalcare aggressivo. Uso Solvacal raccomandato per le rubinetterie e non ho avuto mai problemi. Dei pezzi difettati possono capitare ma sarebbe serietà della ditta riconoscerli. I purchased Nobili mixers for washbasin and bidet thinking that the price much higher than the average corresponded to a better quality. Nothing could be more wrong! The mixer of the sink lost its chrome after two years and when I reported the problem I was told that I had used an aggressive descaler. I use Solvacal recommended for taps and I've never had any problems. Defective parts can happen but it would be serious for the company to recognize them.

Abbiamo acquistato circa un anno fa delle rubinetterie nere, da subito hanno cominciato a scolorirsi nonostante avessimo seguito i consigli per mantenerli. Abbiamo mandato delle mail che non hanno avuto risposta. Capisco i tempi complicati in cui siamo ma il prodotto è stato acquistato a pieno prezzo. Molto male Very disappointed. Indicano date di consegna false al rivenditore e non rispondono più al telefono. Sono cari arrabbiati; per una colonna doccia si sono fatti pagare circa mille euro e chi sa se mai la vedrò. Sconsiglio fortemente di fare acquisti presso questa azienda, statene alla larga. One of the worst experiences of my life. I ordered a shower column in March 2020 and it still hasn't arrived (almost 5 months have already gone by). They indicate false delivery dates to the reseller and no longer answer the phone. They are dear angry; for a shower column they got paid about a thousand euros and who knows if I'll ever see it. I strongly advise against shopping at this company, stay away.

Restano degli ingenui che hanno rovinato i loro rubinetti. Ma non lamentatevi con la ditta. Il cromo si corrode sempre con gli acidi forti. Se volete usare l'acido cloridrico comprate un rubinetto di platino o di rodio o d'oro come i Casamonica Good, level articles. Ricordo ancora che i detergenti usati sono stati quelli uguali agli altri miscelatori della vostra marca ma solo uno di questi ha mostrato i difetti elencati dimostrati anche con foto. Mi chiedo ancora se è questa la vostra assistenza? Assistenza post vendita insufficiente. dopo aver acquistato tutta la rubinetteria del bagno più specificatamente miscelatore doccia e termostato, miscelatore bidè e miscelatore lavandino dopo la prima pulizia il miscelatore del lavandino risultava macchiato con perdita della cromatura. Risposta dalla nobili: usato detergente non idoneo. Allora mi chiedo perchè gli altri miscelatripur usando lo stesso detergente non si sono macchiati? Dalla Nobili nessuna risposta e nessuna sostituzione dopo neanche 15 giorni dalla messa in opera. Consiglio alla Nobili di prestare più attenzione alla loro clientela.
