★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è stato veloce così come il consigliarci di comprare una lavastoviglie nuova al posto di riparare la vecchia, con tanto di telefonata per preventivo stratosferico del pezzo.
Ma anche a noi andava bene aver l’elettrodomestico nuovo per non avere per un po' problemi quindi abbiamo accettato.
Purtroppo durante il montaggio hanno graffiato pesantemente uno sportello della cucina e ce ne siamo accorti solo appena andati via.
Alla ns telefonato oltre ad aver ingiustamente negato, non hanno neppure proposto di tornare indietro a vedere.
Così hanno preso i nostri soldi, puliti e giusti e noi ci siamo terremo lo sportello rovinato per sempre.
Se ce ne fossimo accorti per tempo almeno avremmo potuto rimetterci entrambi, invece così ci abbiamo rimesso solo noi.
Personale non qualificato
The service was quick as well as advising us to buy a new dishwasher instead of repairing the old one, complete with a phone call for a stratospheric estimate of the piece.
But we too were fine with having the new appliance to avoid having problems for a while, so we accepted.
Unfortunately, during assembly they heavily scratched a kitchen door and we only noticed it as soon as we left.
In addition to having unjustly denied our phone call, they did not even propose to go back to see.
So they took our money, clean and fair, and we're gonna keep the bank ruined forever.
If we had noticed it in time at least we could have lost both of us, instead so we only lost ourselves.
