Abbiamo acquistato di un frigo Samsung di euro 1300, alla consegna è stata rilevato un danno alla porta, ci hanno garantito la sostituzione, han persino fatto foto...trascorso un anno e non avendo risposte ci siamo rivolti a Samsung direttamente che dopo sopralluogo ecc ecc hanno dispiaciuti risposto di non poter intervenire dopo un anno dall'acquisto trattandosi di danno estetico eche segnalazioni da parte del negozio non ne avevano mai avute...
Quindi... ci rimane il frigo con il danno estetico!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stella vi garantisco che è ben lunga sprecata degli incompetenti così non li ho mai visti non sapevano neanche come si smonta una lavatrice mi hanno spaccato tutti i ganci a momenti me la smontavano con mazzetta e scarpello vi consiglio di starli alla larga vanno in giro solo per prendere i soldi della chiamata teneteli molto lontano
