Bravi. Tornerò sicuramente. For assistance if there were 6 stars I would give it without a doubt. I went for a gearbox problem and they were quick professional and also cheap. Well done. Sono Shimano Cervice Center e hanno la gamma completa completa di ricambi Shimano sempre disponibile. Molto preparati sulla diagnosticata e l'assistenza delle Ebike con motore Shimano. Parcheggio comodo e ragazzi/e gentili e collaborativi. Consigliatissimo. Very nice shop and very knowledgeable and helpful workshop guys. NOB is the dealer of several bike, accessories and clothing brands. They are Shimano Cervice Center and have the full range of Shimano parts always available. Very well prepared on the diagnosis and assistance of Ebike with Shimano engine. Convenient parking and kind and cooperative guys. Highly recommended.
a	andrea paolacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel negozio ma a me il problemi non me li anno risolti: avevo un e-bike con un problema lo portata da loro visto che sono cerntro shimano della zona, morale della favola mi richiama dopo una settimana dicendomi che ci voleva il motore nuovo e non era riparabile in garanzia. Lo ritirata senza ripararlo e lo portata da un altro e me l'anno messe a posto in garanzia sostituendomi il motore. A nice shop but I have not solved the problems for me: I had an e-bike with a problem that I brought to them since I am a Shimano cerntro in the area, the moral of the story calls me back after a week telling me that we needed a new engine and it was not repairable under warranty. I picked it up without repairing it and took it to someone else and put it under warranty by replacing the engine.

Ho fatto presente, in negozio, la mia ignoranza tecnica per quanto riguarda gli elementi tecnici della bici : tipi di cambio, cerchi, raggi eccecc. Mi sono fatta consigliare sul modello, i materiali, sono stata seguita in tutto anche per quanto riguarda l'adattamento della sella e del manubrio alla mia altezza; tutto perfetto. Oggi, a distanza di 2 anni, vado a far revisionare la bici e scopro che il cerchione aveva subito un forte urto, riparato un po alla bene e meglio. Io non mi ero mai accorta di nulla, essendo appunto la prima bici da corsa che acquistavo ed utilizzavo; ergo per me era normale sentire un leggero saltello durante la frenata. Sono rimasta basita e incredula perché non ero a conoscenza di questo danno, mi ero affidata con massima fiducia e mi è accaduto ciò. Questa è la mia esperienza Two years ago I bought a used bike. I had never noticed anything, as it was the first racing bike I bought and used; ergo it was normal for me to hear a slight jump when braking. I was shocked and incredulous because I was not aware of this damage, I had entrusted myself with the utmost confidence and this happened to me. This is my experience

Ho trovato poi NOB su internet e ho voluto provare. 3 ore di intervento super meticoloso, preciso e pulito. Ora ho la focus nuova. Ovviamente straconsiglio!!!! After having turned 5 mechanics in cesena for a problem with my Focus I had lost all hope.
