IRETI penso sia la società peggio organizzata che esista (zero comunicazione tra i vari organi che la compongono). L'unica cosa che sono riuscito ad ottenere chiamando e presentandomi agli uffici sul territorio è stata "le do il numero dell'ufficio competente da chiamare" ovviamente senza giungere ad una soluzione. Per non parlare degli appuntamenti fissati, confermati, con il risultato che nessun tecnico si è mai presentato. Se volete vivere una disavventura perché la vostra vita sta andando troppo bene , consiglio di provare ad attivare un contatore a Parma con IRETI. Pessimi, pessimi, pessimi, pessimi, pessimi. La questione riguardava un'utenza luce dell'area di Parma per cui era stato richiesto un aumento di potenza mai andato a buon fine da mesi. L'operatrice mi ha risolto il problema e dato una soluzione nel breve termine. Questo lavoro non è semplice e lo so benissimo, trovare chi lo fa con serietà e gentilezza è motivo di soddisfazione.
