Purtroppo la cosa non era risolvibile in tempi brevi (non era disponibile il ricambio necessario) ed abitando a Modena ho dovuto aspettare di essere tornato per ricorrere al concessionario a me più vicino. In ogni modo sono stato accolto con molta gentilezza e le verifiche necessarie sono state effettuate con scrupolosa professionalità. I visited this shop for a problem with my BMW scooter during a short stay in Rimini. Unfortunately, this could not be solved in a short time (the necessary spare part was not available) and living in Modena I had to wait until I returned to go to the nearest dealer. In any case, I was greeted with great kindness and the necessary checks were carried out with scrupulous professionalism.

M	Marko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dunque, mi sono recato in questa concessionaria Ducati qualche settimana fa e ci sono andato perchè volevo vedere, per l' appunto, la Ducati MTS V4S o in alternativa la 950S. Bhe, sorpresa sorpresa... In esposizione un'unica Multistrada 950 usata; tutto il resto erano BMW! Mi sono aggirato per l'area espositiva per circa 20 minuti e nonostante ci fossero solo due clienti, che tra l'altro stavano insieme, e quattro persone addette alla concessionaria, dei quali uno si occupava dei suddetti clienti, nessuno mi ha rivolto la parola! Ora, mi nasce spontanea una domanda, anzi due: Ma perchè vi definite concessionaria Ducati se trattate solo BMW? Ma a voi i clienti fanno cosi schifo da non ritenerli meritevoli nemmeno di un minimo di accoglienza? Posto pessimo ragazzi, io la mia moto la compro da un'altra parte! So, I went to this Ducati dealership a few weeks ago and I went there because I wanted to see the Ducati MTS V4S or alternatively the 950S. Well, surprise surprise ... On display a single used Multistrada 950; everything else was BMW! I wandered around the exhibition area for about 20 minutes and although there were only two customers, who by the way were together, and four people working at the dealership, one of whom was taking care of the aforementioned customers, no one spoke to me. ! Now, a question arises spontaneously, or rather two: But why do you define yourself as a Ducati dealer if you only deal with BMWs? But to you customers are so disgusting that they do not consider them deserving even a minimum of welcome? Bad place guys, I buy my bike from somewhere else!

Un plauso anche per aver risolto una piccola controversia non generata da Nivola ma dalle istituzioni. Detto ciò un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea che mi ha letteralmente accompagnato in tutte le fasi del percorso: avvicinamento, acquisto e post vendita. Consigliatissimo P.S. Sono di Bergamo I am leaving this review one month after the purchase of my motorcycle. Very positive experience: both in the purchase phase and as post-sales. A praise also for having resolved a small controversy not generated by Nivola but by the institutions. N	Niko Rantanen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast service! We had to get motorcycle chain replaced as an urgent job and these guys ordered the parts and replaced them. We had to stay at beach of Rimini for one day longer but that wasn't unpleasent at all! ?? Good job guys!
