Ho acquistasto da loro un prodotto di un certo valore, per poi scoprire dopo pochi mesi che non funziona come dovrebbe e recandomi in altra gioielleria mi hanno detto che non era stata compilata bene neanche la garanzia e quindi non era valida!!!! Evitateli
Bad jewelry. Do not be influenced by appearances, the orders are not absolutely competent. I bought a product of a certain value from them, only to discover after a few months that it does not work as it should and when I went to another jewelry store they told me that even the guarantee had not been filled in well and therefore was not valid !!!! Avoid them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Atteso per 4 mesi un cinturino di un orologio (nuovo e acquistato da loro) , che alla fine era di una misura sbagliata. Finalmente dopo un altro mese arriva quello giusto ma dopo 2 mesi dall’acquisto dell’orologio l’ho dovuto portare in assistenza perché non teneva l’orario corretto(ovviamente non da loro).Persone incompetenti, lente e assolutamente non attente al cliente. Tutta apparenza.
Bad experience. Waited for 4 months for a watch strap (new and bought by them), which in the end was of the wrong size. Finally, after another month the right one arrives but after 2 months of buying the watch I had to bring it to assistance because it did not keep the correct time (obviously not from them). Incompetent people, slow and absolutely not attentive to the customer. All appearance.
