La loro apparente gentilezza in fase di vendita, e' seguita da una straordinaria abilità nel negarsi quando c'e' da risolvere un problema. Auto venduta per nuova che invece avevano tenuto loro 9 mesi come esposizione, consegnata ammaccata, sgraffiata, sporca e con difetti vari. Concessionario di Empoli Horrible experience, highly not recommended. Their apparent kindness in the sales phase is followed by an extraordinary ability to deny themselves when there is a problem to be solved. Car sold as new which instead had kept them 9 months as an exhibition, delivered dented, scratched, dirty and with various defects. Empoli dealer

Anche se ci è dispiaciuto lasciare la vecchia Nissan che per tutti questi anni ci ha dato solo soddisfazioni. La nuova però è Un altro mondo. Vogliamo fare un ringraziamento per il trattamento ricevuto nella concessionaria di Grosseto e in particolare al sig.Adolfo Pucci per la sua competenza e disponibilità nel seguirci.

D	Daniele Dondolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premetto,non possiedo un 'auto del gruppo nissan,ne tantomeno land rover,tuttavia mentre ero nei pressi dell'officina ,ho iniziato a sentire un rumorino provenire dalle ruote anteriori ,mi sono recato quindi da loro , l'officina era ancora chiusa(mancavano ancora 15 minuti all'apertura)tuttavia il capo meccanico mi ha accolto personalmente,è dopo due domande sulla natura del rumore mi ha affidato ad il tecnico nissan (molto cordiale e competente)che in 5 minuti mi ha messo la macchina sul ponte ed ha controllato la fonte del rumore,a diagnosi effettuata ho chiesto quanto dovevo per il servizio ed non hanno voluto niente (per il disturbo gli ho offerto un caffè),l'officina è tenuta molto ordinata e pulita i meccanici sono tutti competenti è cordiali; e colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli novamente per il disturbo. I state, I do not own a car of the nissan group, nor a land rover, however while I was near the workshop, I started to hear a noise coming from the front wheels, then I went to them, the workshop was still closed ( there were still 15 minutes left to open) however the chief mechanic welcomed me personally, and after two questions about the nature of the noise he entrusted me to the nissan technician (very friendly and competent) who in 5 minutes put the car on the bridge and he checked the source of the noise, once the diagnosis was made I asked how much I owed for the service and they didn't want anything (for the trouble I offered them a coffee), the workshop is kept very tidy and clean the mechanics are all competent and friendly; and I take this opportunity to thank them again for the trouble.
g	giulia fulceri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare auto Nissan ed in particolare di rivolgersi al concessionario di Brogi e Collitorti di Grosseto. Ci sono voluti più di 3 mesi per riaverla, solo le donne che ti rispondono al telefono sono gentili, altrimenti se ti passano un ragazzino che sta all’accettazione è la fine: prima non si potevano fare dei lavori e poi magicamente sono indispensabili e te li addebitano senza comunicarlo preventivamente. Ho passato ore al telefono per sentirmi dire che “ è colpa del Covid”” è colpa del ritardo dei pezzi” “è colpa di cristo morto dal sonno”. Ho richiesto l’auto sostitutiva perche ero in difficoltà per andare a lavoro e all’inizio mi è stato detto che non la danno per sciocchezze del genere. Solo quando mi hanno telefonato per andarla a riprendere e probabilmente, per problemi di comunicazione interna loro, non si rendono conto che non era pronta, allora mi hanno concesso un’auto sostitutiva. Se cercate correttezza e coerenza sicuramente non la troverete a Grosseto. la Squadra di meccanici è molto gentile, tuttavia, quando sono andata finalmente a riprendere la macchina e pagato una follia per lavori che mi era stato detto non sarebbe stato possibile fare, ho perso pezzi della carrozzeria per strada e la macchina ad oggi fa ancora fatica a partire. Se non volete vivere un incubo come me.. cambiate concessionario! I strongly advise against buying Nissan cars and in particular contacting the Brogi and Collitorti dealer in Grosseto. It took more than 3 months to get it back, only the women who answer the phone are kind, otherwise if you pass a kid who is at the acceptance it is the end: first you could not do the jobs and then magically they are indispensable and you they charge them without communicating it in advance. I spent hours on the phone to be told that "it is Covid's fault" "it is the fault of the delay of the pieces" "it is the fault of Christ who died from sleep". I requested the replacement car because I was having trouble getting to work and at first I was told that they don't give it to you for such nonsense. Only when they phoned me to pick it up and probably, due to internal communication problems, they don't realize it wasn't ready, did they give me a replacement car. If you are looking for fairness and consistency, you will certainly not find it in Grosseto. the team of mechanics is very nice, however, when I finally went to take the car back and paid a madness for work that I was told it would not be possible to do, I lost parts of the bodywork on the road and the car is still struggling to this day starting. If you don't want to live a nightmare like me .. change dealer!

Ciliegina sulla torta il pezzo di carrozzeria perso per la strada appena usciti dalla carrozzeria, che riassume al meglio L’ attenzione dedicata alla situazione. M	Michele Gatta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto tagliando 75.000 km della mia X Trail e ho segnalato un rumore allo sterzo. Al momento della riconsegna dell'auto l'impiegata mi ha detto che andava sostituito un pezzo dello sterzo. Mi sono meravigliato che potesse esserci un problema del genere su un'auto che ha meno di 4 anni ed ho evidenziato che fortunatamente avevo l'estensione della garanzia a 4 anni. L'impiegata ha voluto controllare la regolarità dei tagliandi precedenti e dopo il controllo mi ha confermato che la riparazione sarebbe stata fatta in garanzia. Poichè nel giorno fissato per la riparazione non mi garantivano la restituzione in giornata (l'impiegata si è accertata di ciò con l'officina) ho dovuto spostare appuntamento. Quando ho portato l'auto per la riparazione in garanzia, mi è stato detto che era prevista solo una diagnosi. Ho evidenziato che la diagnosi era stata fatta in occasione del tagliando e che ero venuto appositamente con mia moglie da fuori Grosseto per lasciare l'auto per la riparazione che l'officina aveva detto necessaria. Nulla da fare. Ho aspettato tre ore per sentirmi dire che era stato messo del grasso allo sterzo e che potevo andare via!!! Non è il primo problema che ho avuto con questa officina e perciò per il futuro cambierò concessionaria. I have serviced 75,000km of my X Trail and have reported a noise in the steering. When the car was returned, the employee told me that a piece of the steering had to be replaced. I was amazed that there could be such a problem on a car that is less than 4 years old and I pointed out that luckily I had the extended warranty to 4 years. The employee wanted to check the regularity of the previous coupons and after the check she confirmed that the repair would be done under warranty. Since on the day fixed for the repair they did not guarantee me to be returned on the same day (the employee made sure of this with the workshop) I had to move the appointment. When I took the car for warranty repair, I was told that only a diagnosis was expected. I pointed out that the diagnosis had been made on the occasion of the service and that I had come specifically with my wife from outside Grosseto to leave the car for the repair that the workshop had said necessary. Nothing to do. I waited three hours to be told that some grease had been put on the steering wheel and that I could go away !!! It is not the first problem I have had with this workshop and therefore I will change dealerships for the future.
