★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice authentic Trulli houses, beautifull rooms, nice and quiet garden with infinity pool (not heated). Staff was very helpfull and symphatetic. Attention point for sleep confort. Very hard bed. Because we did not sleep very well, we could not fully enjoy our stay.
Our lower rating is based on missing sleep confort and high end price level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This truly is a gem of a hotel. The rooms and grounds are arrestingly beautiful and serene. The wine, food and the experiences offered are of the highest quality and lovingly curated. It speaks volumes for the fact that I‘m not deducting a star for the obscene prices of the à la carte breakfast items (not even the more extravagant places I‘ve stayed in could justify €9 for ONE poached egg!!), which endeared the place a little less to me but will not stop me from returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I cannot describe how beautiful everything looks and it is very cool to sleep in the cute trullis. The staff is beyond nice and the breakfast is amazing (I just say torta caprese for breakfast)!!
Also their restaurant has very delicious and fancy food.

The restaurant does offer a real tasting culinary experience worth trying. Warmly recommend !! … far better than any super expensive 5 stars hotel like the summita in Otsuni !!!
