Grazie a lei ed a tutti i suoi collaboratori che gli utenti trovano un ambiente sereno, ben servito, specialmente da gente che gli vuole bene. Io, quando osservo gli operatori ho la pelle d'oca per la loro bravura e, dovrei ricordarne tanti di loro ma ne cito solo alcuni per questione di spazio e che ritengo i migliori e mi scusino quelli non menzionati ma che sono altrettanto validi. Un grazie particolare alla fisioterapista Sara per la sua incredibile umanita' e bravura professionale (nonostante il suo "ombroso" carattere) , all'educatrice Angela (un nome veramente appropriato)....a cui mancano solo le ali, a Emanuela (ASA) che ha una particolare attenzione per gli utenti sapendoli tranquillizzare con la sua amorevole ed affettuosa voce a Simona (CDD) , una mammina che tratta al pari delle figlie tutti gli ospiti presenti nella struttura e non voglio dimenticare la figura di Antonietta unica nel suo genere ed insostituibile. Chiudo con gli infermieri Boris e Tania bravissimi professionisti con un grande... grande cuore. Operatori, io.... vi voglio bene. Grazie per la vostra collaborazione ed umanita'. Continuate cosi'. Bravi, vi stimo tanto. It's nice to talk about Nikolajewka because the purpose of the cooperative structure is too important. Thanks to you and all your collaborators that users find a peaceful, well-served environment, especially by people who love them. I, when I look at the operators, I have goosebumps for their skill and, I should remember many of them but I mention only a few for reasons of space and that I consider the best and I apologize for those not mentioned but that are equally valid. Special thanks to physiotherapist Sara for her incredible humanity and professional skill (despite her "shady" character), to the educator Angela (a truly appropriate name) .... who only lack wings, to Emanuela (ASA ) who has a particular attention for users knowing how to calm them with his loving and affectionate voice to Simona (CDD), a mother who treats all the guests present in the structure like her daughters and I do not want to forget the unique figure of Antonietta and irreplaceable. I close with the nurses Boris and Tania very good professionals with a big ... big heart. Operators, I ... love you. Thanks for your cooperation and humanity. Keep it up'.
