Parto col dire che ho provato diversi parrucchieri ma dovunque andassi c'era sempre qualcosa che non mi convinceva; mi è capitato specialmente di sentirmi a disagio a spiegare cosa volessi perché avevo la sensazione che stessi facendo perdere tempo a chi mi ascoltava. Di conseguenza raramente rimanevo soddisfatta.
Da Nicoletta invece ho trovato la disponibilità all'ascolto: prima di iniziare a fare qualsiasi cosa ascoltano quello che hai da dire senza metterti fretta e si prendono il tempo di scegliere insieme a te la soluzione migliore per la richiesta avanzata.
Sono poi super professionali: spiegano ogni passaggio e i prodotti che andranno a utilizzare, si premurano di metterti a tuo agio, e le ragazze sono effettivamente molto brave sia nei tagli che nelle pieghe.
Altra cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto è il fatto che rispettino il silenzio di chi è lì solo per farsi i capelli e non per fare conversazione e non ci si sente mai costretti a parlare del più e del meno per scongiurare silenzi imbarazzanti.
La pulizia, la gentilezza e il rispetto delle norme anticovid elevano ulteriormente il livello del salone.
Insomma, pippone lungo ma necessario per dire che da quando vado da Nicoletta, tagliarmi i capelli è diventato un piacere! Grandi!
The best salon I've ever been to in Viareggio (Torre del Lago).
I start by saying that I have tried different hairdressers but wherever I went there was always something that did not convince me; I especially happened to feel uncomfortable explaining what I wanted because I had the feeling that I was wasting the time of the listener. As a result, I was rarely satisfied.
At Nicoletta, on the other hand, I found willingness to listen: before starting to do anything they listen to what you have to say without rushing you and take the time to choose with you the best solution for the advanced request.
They are also super professional: they explain each step and the products they are going to use, they take care to put you at ease, and the girls are actually very good in both cuts and folds.
Another thing that I personally appreciate very much is the fact that they respect the silence of those who are there only to get their hair done and not to make conversation and you never feel forced to talk about this and that to avoid embarrassing silences.
The cleanliness, the kindness and the respect of the anticovid norms further raise the level of the salon.
In short, long but necessary pippone to say that since I go to Nicoletta, cutting my hair has become a pleasure! Great!
