Sicuramente non acquisterò più in questo negozio, sono stata servita da una signora (forse la titolare), non ho apprezzato la poca chiarezza sul talloncino della giacca che ho acquistato, vi era scritto 99 a matita, ma poi a voce la signora ha detto che costava 138 (cifra che non è stata scritta da nessuna parte, quindi si ricorda a memoria tutti i prezzi di tutti gli articoli?), poi alla fine mi ha fatto pagare 130. Quando ho chiesto perché vi fosse scritto 99, la sua risposta è stata che quello era il codice articolo (peccato che fosse scritto giusto nello spazio dedicato al prezzo). Lì per lì non ho dato troppo peso all’ambiguità, poi ho capito e mi sono sentita poco a mio agio con questo modo di fare, considerando inoltre che la stessa identica giacca online ho scoperto costare 30 euro. Non so quale sia la politica del negozio, ma non mi vedono più.
Purchase made today in the Milano Marittima store. I will definitely not buy in this shop anymore, I was served by a lady (perhaps the owner), I did not appreciate the lack of clarity on the back of the jacket I bought, it was written 99 in pencil, but then the lady said verbally that it cost 138 (a figure that was not written anywhere, so you remember all the prices of all the items by heart?), then in the end he charged me 130. When I asked why it was written 99, his answer is was that that was the item code (too bad it was written right in the space dedicated to the price). There and then I didn't give too much weight to ambiguity, then I understood and felt little comfortable with this way of doing, also considering that the exact same jacket online I discovered cost 30 euros. I don't know what the shop's policy is, but they don't see me anymore.
