★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto valido ma purtroppo questa qualità viene vanificata dal personale all’interno del negozio, praticamente il cliente invece di invogliarlo lo allontanano, sono stato lì per ben tre volte ma non mi hanno mai risolto i problemi, ogni volta c’è da prendere appuntamento, minimo 3 giorni senza bicicletta… disponibilità zero… conclusioni…. BOCCIATO ANCHE QUESTO
Be certo se un ciclista rimane per strada in prossimità del vostro negozio, voi ovviamente non gli riparate la gomma, lo mandate a casa a piedi... bella politica.... hahaha addioooooo… a parte l’opinabile italiano della vostra risposta, sono passato più volte per avere assistenza e ripeto che non mi avete mai assistito ne con problema urgente ne con altre richieste… per questo la mia recensione non è lusinghiera… ve la meritate tutta… buon “ lavoro “ e non chiamatemi cliente… perché non lo sarò mai… e nemmeno ci tengo…
