★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior servizio di consegna pacchi mai visto. Sullo stato dell'ordine scrivono che l'indirizzo è errato quando il corriere non è proprio passato. Impossibile contattare il magazzino dove è tenuto in giacenza se non il call center che dice che non può fare nulla.
 Worst parcel delivery service ever. On the status of the order they write that the address is incorrect when the courier has not really passed. It is impossible to contact the warehouse where it is held in stock except the call center which says it cannot do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo corriere, non consegnano nel giorno previsto per motivi sconosciuti e scrivono sul tracking che hanno preso accordi col destinatario per un'altro giorno, tutto inventato.
Bad courier, they do not deliver on the scheduled day for unknown reasons and they write on the tracking that they have made arrangements with the recipient for another day, all made up.

They claim to have agreed on delivery, but that's not true, just because I live on the outskirts of a village I find the package in storage for a week. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio in attesa di un pacco si inventano che la consegna non ne stata possibile poiché non sono riusciti a trovare indirizzo... SCANDALOSI...( PS abito in una via principale )che anche i cani saprebbero dove si trova... senza parole...
Bad service waiting for a package they invent that the delivery was not possible because they could not find the address ... SCANDAL ... (PS I live in a main street) that even the dogs would know where it is ... without words...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono che sono passati da casa, e non avendo trovato nessuno nella abitazione, hanno lasciato avviso di giacenza. Invece non sono neanche venuti, in quando io o mia moglie o qualcuno dei familiari, è sempre a casa. Siccome abitiamo in paesino lontano dalla loro sede, preferiscono neanche tentare di venire fino a casa, semplice invece sostenere che sono passati e hanno lasciato avviso. Per la mancata consegna della raccomandata, ho dovuto pagare una sanzione che potevo benissimo risparmiare. Sconsigliato. Meglio il servizio postale, almeno hai un ufficio vicino in cui andare a reclamare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri aspettavo un pacco non mi sono mossa da casa neanche x un minuto. Mi dicono mancata consegna del destinatario assente. Oggi ricontrollo il pacco e stato portato a Cassibile e devo andare io a ritirarlo. Cioè io abito a Siracusa devo ritirare il pacco in un altro paese. Ma stiamo scherzando??. Dovrebbero fare il secondo tentativo così mi disse una persona di nexive. Cosa non fatta. Incompetenza e sgarbati, solo questo posso dire su Nexive.
Yesterday I was expecting a package and I did not move from home not even for a minute. They tell me non-delivery of the absent recipient. Today I double-check the package and it has been brought to Cassibile and I have to go and collect it. That is, I live in Syracuse I have to collect the package in another country. Are we joking??. They should make the second try so a nexive person told me. What not done. Incompetence and rude, only this I can say about Nexive.

Sto chiamando da oltre una settimana ma al telefono non rispondono.
Mi riferisco a voi, stia tranquillo. Il numero di telefono è lo stesso che mi ha dato il servizio clienti delle poste per provare a contattarvi.
Rispondete al telefono e consegnate la posta che avete al negozio.

I mean you, rest assured. The phone number is the same one that the post office customer service gave me to try to contact you.
