Oggi 03/03, dopo aver insistito per due giorni, dopo che mi era stato assicurato che le mie carte di credito spedite il 20/01 e consegnate, secondo Nexive, il 31/01 ma mai arrivate, dopo che sono stato costretto a bloccarle.....magicamente sono apparse nella mia buca delle lettere. Che dire: un PESSIMO SERVIZIO !!!! Is it possible that nobody answers the phone for a whole day ???? Today 03/03, after insisting for two days, after I had been assured that my credit cards sent on 01/20 and delivered, according to Nexive, on 01/31 but never arrived, after I was forced to block them ..... magically appeared in my letterbox. What can I say: a BAD SERVICE !!!!
G	Gerardo Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio fantasma...non risponde nessuno al telefono e che dire di chi ci lavora, poco professionali e per nulla cordiali. Mi sono recato di persona in quell’ufficio e mi è stato risposto che forse sbagliavo numero, ma il numero era quello. Pultroppo si cerca di semplificare il lavoro con la nascita di questi uffici ma non si fa altro che peggiorare le cose. Un consiglio?? CHIUDETELO!!!!!! A ghost office ... nobody answers the phone and what about those who work there, unprofessional and not at all friendly. I went to that office in person and was told that maybe I was wrong number, but that was the number. Unfortunately, we try to simplify the work with the birth of these offices but it does nothing but make things worse. An advice?? CLOSE IT !!!!!!
