Non sono venuti a consegnare e hanno scritto assente quando il 23 dicembre eravamo tutti in casa.
 Bad experience.
They did not come to deliver and wrote absent when we were all home on December 23rd.

Delivery still not done, bad service, no notification of delivery, nor do they leave a notice for collection at their headquarters like other companies, they do not have a direct telephone number to contact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembrava esserci un problema in consegna ma era solo riguardante lo stato della spedizione consegnato quando non era venuto nessuno. Non nego che mi stavo preoccupando ma il giorno dopo ho ricevuto il pacco. Spero in un miglioramento del servizio e per questo do 5 stelle come incentivo. Oltretutto il ragazzo delle consegne disponibilissimo.
There seemed to be a problem in delivery but it was only about the status of the shipment delivered when no one had come. I do not deny that I was worried but the day after I received the package. I hope for an improvement in the service and for this I give 5 stars as an incentive. Besides, the delivery guy is extremely available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono di non aver trovato nessuno a casa,mandano un messaggio per dirti di andare da loro a ritirare,e nello stesso giorno ho ricevuto altri 3 pacchi da corrieri diversi. Il numero fisso neanche esiste. Pessimo
They say they have not found anyone at home, they send a message to tell you to go and collect them, and on the same day I received 3 other packages from different couriers. The fixed number doesn't even exist. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo, fanno i furbi dicendo di aver tentato la consegna e il destinatario era essante, in realtà non ci provano proprio e sei costretto ad andare a ritirare il pacco presso la filiale...vergognosi
I confirm, they are smart saying that they have tried the delivery and the recipient was essential, in reality they do not try and you are forced to go and collect the package at the branch ... shameful

Bad service. To pick up a registered letter, I went blank twice because no one was present at the time of the notice.

Mi sono recato sul posto alle 13:00 (orario di chiusura 14:30) "ovviamente" l'ufficio era chiuso. Volevo segnalarli chiamando il numero Nexive di assistenza, peccato che sull'avviso di giacenza non hanno neanche indicato il numero di raccomandata per poter aprire una segnalazione. Un caso? non credo.
I only read negative reviews, I wonder why they still don't take action.
I went there at 13:00 (closing time 14:30) "obviously" the office was closed. I wanted to report them by calling the Nexive assistance number, it is a pity that on the stock notice they did not even indicate the registered letter to be able to open a report. A case? I do not believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggio del peggio dei corrieri italiani. Sono affiliati a poste italiane e hanno un servizio a dir poco scadente. Sono molto arrangiati nel personale e quindi soprattutto i pacchi arrivano in ritardo di settimane o non vi arrivano.
The worst of the worst of Italian couriers. They are affiliated with the Italian post office and have a poor service to say the least. They are very organized in the staff and therefore especially the packages arrive weeks late or do not arrive.
