Mi avete fatto rimanere a casa per 2 giorni e non siete mai passati e nel frattempo il servizio clienti ti attacca il telefono in faccia! Complimenti davvero! Great service that for TWO times does not deliver the shipment and it's my fault that I'm not at home. You made me stay at home for 2 days and you never passed and in the meantime the customer service sticks the phone in your face! Sincere congratulations!

Il call center è totalmente inutile e sopratutto inutile chiamare in filiale perche non rispondono. Ordino su amazon prime per avere i pacchi in una determinata data ma grazie al servizio corriere totalmente inappropriato i pacchi non arrivano. Uma volta ho dovuto io raggiungere il.corriere nel.punto dove si trovava! Courier not intercom, does not call, does not leave notices of attempted delivery. The call center is totally useless and above all useless to call the branch because they don't answer. I order on amazon prime to have the parcels on a certain date but thanks to the totally inappropriate courier service the parcels do not arrive. Uma time I had to reach the courier in the point where it was!

Il corriere, avendo avuto difficoltà nel reperire l'indirizzo pensa bene di andarsene, senza neanche provare a chiamarmi una sola volta. Spero solo di recuperare il pacco, ma da ciò che leggo, la speranza di farlo in tempi brevi è poca. I confirm what I read on the reviews of others. Paghi poco per il servizio, ma ottieni ancor meno. the worst courier in history together with hermes. parcel stuck in place for a week, very slow for those who do business to know that it was shipped with nexive and a misfortune. it is not just the Cassino office but in general.
