★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVIZIO PESSIMO! Dovevo ricevere la mia spedizione il 2 Luglio, non consegnata per "destinatario sconosciuto all'indirizzo", cosa assurda dato che l'indirizzo e nome sul campanello sono stati forniti correttamente.
Pacco in giacenza, richiedo un nuovo tentativo di consegna che doveva avvenire ieri e invece alle 13 mi arriva una mail da parte di nexive in cui mi avvisavano della consegna non andata a buon fine per "destinatario assente", COSA ASSOLUTAMENTE FALSA dato che ero presente personalmente in casa.
Chissà quanto ancora dovrò aspettare per ricevere il mio pacco! Fareste meglio a chiudere se questo è il livello del vostro servizio!
 BAD SERVICE! I was supposed to receive my shipment on July 2nd, undelivered for "recipient unknown at address", which is absurd since the address and name on the doorbell were provided correctly.
Parcel in stock, I request a new delivery attempt that had to take place yesterday and instead at 1 pm I get an email from nexive in which they warned me of the unsuccessful delivery due to "absent recipient", WHAT ABSOLUTELY FALSE since I was present personally at home.
Who knows how long I will have to wait to receive my package! You better shut down if this is your level of service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riconosco in molte delle recensioni negative. Il 14 luglio dovevo ricevere delle carte d'identità all'indirizzo indicato al mio Comune. Dal tracking della spedizione diacono di essere passati due volte e di non aver trovato nessuno però nemmeno un avviso nella cassetta postale. Dopo essere riuscito finalmente a parlare con qualcuno al telefono vado di persona a Pontedera ma la filiale è sparita! Il ragazzo con cui ero riuscito a parlare si era guardato bene dal dirmelo. Una signora mi dice che si sono trasferiti ma ormai è tardi e stanno per chiudere. Riproverò la prossima settimana ma la vedo bigia! Sto pensando di mandare un reclamo al mio comune per far presente se sia il caso di affidare un servizio così importante a ditte del genere.
I recognize myself in many of the negative reviews. On July 14 I had to receive identity cards at the address indicated to my municipality. From the tracking of the deacon expedition to being passed twice and not having found anyone but not even a notice in the mailbox. After finally being able to talk to someone on the phone, I go to Pontedera in person but the branch is gone! The boy I was able to talk to had been careful not to tell me. A lady tells me that they have moved but it is now late and they are about to close. I'll try again next week but I see it gray! I am thinking of sending a complaint to my municipality to point out whether it is appropriate to entrust such an important service to such companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia espetienza e' tragica e leggendo le altre recensioni vedo che sono in buona compagnia. Dicono di essere passati al mio indirizzo ma che non hanno trovato nessuno e nella posta non ho prova cartacea di questo perche' non hanno lasciato nessun avviso di passaggio, tutto questo lo so controllando il tracking on line riprenoto una nuova consegna sempre on line e niente stessa storia.
Mi attacco al telefono cercando di rintracciare qualcuno in filiale ( ho provato in giorni diversi a tutte le ore indicate di apertura ) ma niente questi non rispobdono mai, la filiale sembra abbandonata, la dovrebbero chiamare Silent Hill. Chiamo il servizio assistenza clienti di Zalando spiegando l' accaduto e chiedo l' apertura di un reclamo cosi' come ho fatto contattando il sito Nexive .
Sono due giorni oltre la data stabilita' di consegna e so gia' che se saro' costretta ad andate di persona alla sede voleranno madonne.
Ho chiesto a Zalando di evitare questo corriere per i miei ordini futuri perche' non sono stati profesdionali per niente.
Spero sia la prima e l' ultima volta che ho a che fare con questa gente.
My experience is tragic and reading the other reviews I see that I am in good company. They say they went to my address but they have not found anyone and I have no paper proof of this in the mail because they have not left any notice of passage, all this I know by checking the tracking online I rebook a new delivery always online and nothing same story.
I attack the phone trying to find someone in the branch (I tried on different days at all the indicated opening hours) but nothing they never answer, the branch seems abandoned, they should call it Silent Hill. I call the Zalando customer service department explaining what happened and ask for a complaint to be opened as I did by contacting the Nexive website.
It is two days after the delivery date and I already know that if I am forced to go to the headquarters in person, madonnas will fly.
I asked Zalando to avoid this courier for my future orders because they weren't professional at all.
I hope this is the first and last time I have dealt with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raccomandata di Poste che, dal tracking, sembra in giacenza a Pisa (dove deve essere consegnata) dal 9 novembre al 21 novembre. Dopo mille chiamate, si riesce a capire che il pacco lo ha Nexive, e che il suo corriere lo ha portato a Pontedera. Il nonsense. Io ancora non ho ricevuto il pacco (24 novembre). Vergognosi.
AGGIORNAMENTO:
alla fine, anche io sono dovuta andare di persona a riprendermi il pacco. Il personale che ci lavora, in realtà, è stato disponibile (forse perché sanno che non stanno facendo il loro mestiere?). Confermo l'indirizzo: in via Salvo D'Acquisto, accanto al Colorificio COLORTECNICA STORE. È un magazzino brutto e spoglio, senza neanche un'insegnante, ma è lì.
Registered mail from Poste which, from the tracking, appears to be in storage in Pisa (where it must be delivered) from 9 November to 21 November. After a thousand calls, we understand that Nexive has the package, and that his courier has brought it to Pontedera. The nonsense. I still haven't received the package (November 24). Shameful.
UPDATE:
in the end, I too had to go in person to get the package back. The staff who work there have actually been helpful (maybe because they know they're not doing their job?). I confirm the address: in via Salvo D'Acquisto, next to the COLORTECNICA STORE Colorificio. It's an ugly, bare warehouse, without even a teacher, but it's there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimi, sono 3 settimane che hanno la mia raccomandata e non si degnano di passare a consegnarmela!! eppure abito a 3 minuti da loro!! ho scoperto solo oggi, da poste italiane, che sono ben 3 settimane che ce l'hanno loro (era stata passata a loro per la consegna). di due indirizzi che danno su google in nessuno è presente la sede, sono spariti...se così non fosse farò una bella denuncia! imparassero a lavorare, altrimenti chiudete e fate prima
very bad, they've had my registered letter for 3 weeks and they don't deign to come and deliver it to me !! yet I live 3 minutes from them !! I only found out today, from the Italian post office, that they have had it for 3 weeks (it had been handed over to them for delivery). of two addresses that give on google in none of the offices are present, they have disappeared ... if not, I will make a nice complaint! learn to work, otherwise close and do it sooner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi. Semplicemente scandalosi. Compensano poste italiane in esubero di lavoro, ma come nel mio caso, nessuno sà che hanno loro un vaglia x mantenimento minore. Nessuno sà nulla, non avvertono,né loro né poste italiane. Non rispettano orari di apertura e chiusura e non rispondono al telefono.Da denuncia..e vi denuncio.
Scandalous. Simply scandalous. They compensate the Italian post office for redundancies, but as in my case, no one knows that they have a lower maintenance money order. Nobody knows anything, they do not warn, neither they nor the Italian post office. They don't respect opening and closing hours and they don't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per tutti quelli che abitano in Valdera come me. Se avete raccomandate o pacchi fermi nella sede di Pontedera, andateci di persona a ritirarli. Io avevo due raccomandate bloccate da molti giorni e il loro tracking infatti non si muoveva più. Al call center delle Poste mi avevano detto che erano ferme lì a pontedera e quindi stamattina ci sono andata. Ho trovato un ragazzo gentilissimo che me le ha ritrovate in pochi minuti e me le ha consegnate. Però Google Maps ha informazioni sbagliate e vi porta in un altro posto....ecco perchè tanti scrivono che non li trovano. In pratica vi porta nella piazzetta dove c'è la pizzeria Vesuvio. Ma non è lì. Ma in via Salvo D'Acquisto che è la strada che va a Calcinaia. è accanto a Colorificio COLORTECNICA STORE. Spero che queste info siano utili a tutti quelli che hanno problemi con le loro spedizioni.
for all those who live in Valdera like me. If you have registered or parcels stopped at the Pontedera site, go there in person to collect them. But in via Salvo D'Acquisto which is the road that goes to Calcinaia. is next to Colorificio COLORTECNICA STORE. I hope this info is useful to all those who have problems with their shipments.
