c	christian antonellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio ... a differenza di poste italiane quando passa nexive da casa nostra per una normalissima consegna non lascia in buchetta ma ti suona al campanello e se non ti trova ti lascia il tagliando del.loto passaggio e con lo stesso ti obbliga a passare dal loro ufficio sito in Lugo per il ritiro con una notevole ed inutile perdita di tempo ed anche denaro per chi come me deve prendere un permesso dal lavoro e l'auto per recarsi in ufficio e tra andare e tornare percorrere 40 km . y	yuliya chikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad avere un pessimo servizio di consegna, visto che passano non suonano il campanello e non lasciano nemmeno l’avviso di passaggio(quindi salta la consegna). Inoltre sono molto maleducati al telefono perché mettono in discussione le mie parole, per di più quelle poche volte che la consegna va a buon fine, la maggior parte dei pacchi sono in pessime condizioni, PER CUI CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI CHIUDERE QUESTA FILIALE O DI CAMBIARE TOTALMENTE IL PERSONALE PERCHÉ NON ADATTI A QUESTO MESTIERE. In addition to having a bad delivery service, since they pass they do not ring the bell and they do not even leave the notice of passage (so skip the delivery). R	Ringhio Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegna mai avvenuta per "destinatario non conosciuto" corriere non in grado di trovare il nome sul campanello (2 citofoni per esattezza) nessuna ricevuta per il ritiro, nessuna comunicazione tramite mail (se non successiva al ritiro) e obbligo di ritirare la merce in sede da ricercare in quanto nel tracking non segnalata la corretta posizione. Stendiamo un velo pietoso sulla sede un capannone con scatoloni buttati ovunque 1 scrivania e scaffali fatiscenti che a momenti cadono a pezzi. Un minimo di decenza no? Sono chiusi al pomeriggio e chiusi anche il sabato, per ritirare una raccomandata bisogna prendersi un permesso da lavoro e perdere mezza giornata e andare fino a lugo perché non ci sono filiali in città. Bad service. Siete Vergognosi e per di più non rispondono nemmeno al telefono se provi a chiamarli... nemmeno la mattina quando dovrebbe essere aperto rispondono. Shameful.
