D	Danilo D'Onofrio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo le recensioni negative ed anzi, anche una stella è troppo. Pacco consegnato alla loro sede alle 8:30 di mattina, ma alle 13 ancora non consegnato. Provo a contattarli ma scopro che chiudono alle 12:30 e riaprono alle 16 per ben udite udite, un'ora. Passo la.citata ora provandoli a chiamare per chiedere se posso andarmelo a ritirare da me, visto che i 5 km che li separano da casa mia sono evidentemente troppo impervi, ma nei 60 minuti non mi risponde nessuno. Forse erano troppo stanchi dalle 4 ore mattutine ed hanno preferito rimanere chiusi. Servizio scandaloso. I confirm the negative reviews and indeed, even a star is too much. Parcel delivered to their premises at 8:30 am, but still not delivered at 1pm. I try to contact them but I find that they close at 12:30 and re-open at 4 pm for well heard hearings, an hour. I pass by now, trying to call them to ask if I can go and pick it up from me, since the 5 km that separate them from my house are obviously too inaccessible, but in the 60 minutes no one answers. Perhaps they were too tired from the 4 hours of the morning and preferred to remain closed. Outrageous service.

MA NON 3 GIORNI DI MANCATA CONSEGNA. Domani vado a ritirare in sede perché probabilmente non hanno voglia di lavorare! Da evitare sia per spedire che per ordinare prodotti, assolutamente. Servizio non scadente ma INESISTENTE. E' stata la mia prima ed ultima volta, ciao! L'ultima disavventura è dovuta, a loro dire, ad un nuovo corriere che non ha trovato la mia abitazione pensando bene di comunicare che il destinatario era assente. RIDICOLI. I have never had a good experience with Nexive and many times it ends up being forced to go and pick up the parcel directly in storage if it's something I urgently need. According to them, the latest mishap is due to a new courier who did not find my home thinking of communicating that the recipient was absent. RIDICULOUS.

A me hanno scritto "indirizzo incompleto", poi tutto da soli hanno segnalato nel tracking che il mittente (ma quando mai) ha richiesto un nuovo tentativo di consegna ben tre giorni dopo la presunta giacenza. Ad oggi del pacco neanche l'ombra e il nuovo tentativo di riconsegna è magicamente fallito due ore successive con la scusa obsoleta "indirizzo incompleto". Terrible courier never get anything delivered by them. They wrote "incomplete address" to me, then all by themselves they reported in the tracking that the sender (but when ever) requested a new delivery attempt three days after the alleged storage. To date, there is not even a shadow of the parcel and the new delivery attempt magically failed two hours later with the obsolete excuse "incomplete address".

Sono due volte che da un'altro paese vado presso la sede di Termoli per ritirare una raccomandata e trovo chiuso. G	G B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUFFATORI!!!! faccio un acquisto su ebay,faccio ricorso a ebay perche passa tempo è non mi arriva l'articolo,ebay mi risponde che dal tracking la spedizione risulta consegnata! scrivo nexive e mi dico che siccome non serve la mia firma per consegnare il pacco la spedizione sicuramente e stata lascita fuori dal portone o consegnata a qualcuno del condominio! quindi in poche parole si sono rubati la mia spedizione è nessuno mi risarcisce!!!! Ci veniva chiesto se avevamo intenzione di ritirarli così. Pacco ...maleodorante pieno di olio e con tintinnio du cocci...Chiaramente rifiutato.Nessun risarcimento..nessuna parola di scusa..anzi..protervia e supponenza.Mai più... Alla larga Very bad. Materiale cui la tracciabilità risulta consegnata a me tre giorni fa dal sito Poste.it , ma mai ricevuto. Contatto l'agenzia Nexive di Termoli alle 09.00 che mi riferisce che mi farà sapere... Ricontatto alle 11.30 perché non ricevo notizie. La signora dell'agenzia riferisce che mi farà sapere in serata come rientra l'autista. Faccio presente alla sig.ra che probabilmente può contattare l'autista immediatamente tramite cell. per darmi notizie del mio pacco. Scusate lo sfogo perché adesso sono le 18.00 ma nessuno mi ha chiamato e nessuno mi risponde perché sto chiamando da mezz'ora... Domani vado a Termoli di persona?
