Appena capisco chi si è affidato a questi incompetenti nel mandarmi la raccomandata gli dico che se la affidano ancora a lodo mi rifiuta di riconrere sta lettera! Cambiate mestiere! Servizio vergonoso e imbarazzante,ma soprattutto mentire su presunti accordi lo trovo INTOLLERABILE. Il destinatari è un ufficio aperto dalle ore 8.00 alle 19.00 e senza lasciare avviso hanno scritto destinatario assente? Ma a che ora sono passati? Di notte!?! Il Call center poi non ne parliamo hanno rimesso in consegna il pacco ma dalla tracciatura risulta ancora in giacenza!!!! L'unico consiglio che mi hanno dato è di recarmi a San Giuliano x il ritiro? a questo punto facevo prima ad andare a Napoli a prendermi la merce!!!! VERGOGNATEVI!!! DOVETE SOLO FALLIRE!!!! Poi si sono scusati dicendo di aver lasciato un biglietto nella casella della posta...Ma come???? prima nemmeno trovavano l'indirizzo.. In seguito mi hanno lasciato posta altrui, con indirizzo dalla parte opposta del paese. Pessimi, incompetenti e incapaci.
