Ho acquistato allo store di afragola una felpa Gioselin, MAI MESSA, l'ho lavata a mano per poterla indossare e il sole ha fatto cadere i brillantini. Quando l'ho portata al negozio, loro dopo aver riattaccato i brillantini che sono riuscita a recuperare ne mancava uno, nonostante ciò si sono rifiutate di cambiarlo nè di farmi un buono anche se la mia famiglia acquista sempre da loro.
Non siete una ditta seria, essendo anch'io in commercio posso solamente dire che non avete perso 1 cliente ma un' intera famiglia, non vi consiglio a nessuno.

I bought a Gioselin sweatshirt at the Afragola store, NEVER WORN, I washed it by hand to be able to wear it and the sun made the glitter fall. When I took it to the shop, after having hung up the glitter that I managed to recover, one was missing, despite this they refused to change it or give me a voucher even though my family always buys from them.
You are not a serious company, since I am also on the market I can only say that you have not lost 1 customer but an entire family, I do not recommend you to anyone.
