Happened by chance, excellent thin, crispy pizza with good tomato and mozzarella. Very kind, they made us wait only 5 minutes without a reservation for take-away at peak times. Family management of local inhabitants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima cosa alla quale ho fatto caso è la pulizia e l'ordine è da qui già si capisce di che tipo di gestione si parla, poi la varietà delle pizze, molte.
La pizza è davvero ottima, cotta a legna, con impasto fatto a regola d'arte e ingredienti di prima scelta.
Questi due ragazzi se aprissero a Napoli darebbero del filo da torcere a parecchi maestri pizzaioli.
Complimenti.
p.s. mi inoltrai in questo paesino guidato dalla fame e con il mio camion, uno dei due gestori fu così gentile da indicarmi la strada del ritorno uscendo dal locale e spostandomi delle transenne che mi impedivano la manovra.

The first thing I noticed is the cleanliness and order and from here you can already understand what kind of management we are talking about, then the variety of pizzas, many.
The pizza is really excellent, wood-fired, with a well-made dough and first choice ingredients.
If these two guys opened in Naples they would give a lot of pizza chefs a hard time.

p.s. I went into this hunger-driven village and with my truck, one of the managers was kind enough to show me the way back by leaving the room and moving me from the barriers that prevented me from maneuvering.
