Tutti molto professionali mi hanno risolto vari problemi su 3 PC sostituendo qualche pezzo che ormai era deteriorato dal tempo/utilizzo. Altri mi avevano consigliato e offerto nuovi PC perché la riparazione dei vecchi era secondo loro costosa e inutile, invece grazie ai ragazzi della Newtech con una spesa più che equa sono tornato a utilizzare i miei cari e preziosi PC. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò ancora a loro anche se distanti 45km dal mio ufficio. Competent, fast and kind. All very professional I have solved various problems on 3 PC replacing some piece that was now deteriorated by time / use. Others advised me and offered new PCs because the repair of the old ones was expensive and useless, but thanks to the guys at Newtech with a more than fair expense I came back to use my dear and precious PC. Surely I will still address them even if they are 45km away from my office.

Dopodiché, ho portato il computer in un altro centro, che me l’ha riparato in mezza giornata, affermando che, al contrario di quanto mi era stato detto ne la cerniera ne la scocca erano rotti. Probabilmente sono io a pretendere troppo... ma questa è la mia esperienza. N.B. (Per me) Svogliati nel senso che se entri per informazioni o se per caso hai necessità di un componente di basso prezzo, come mi è capitato, si riceve (o per lo meno IO ho ricevuto) un trattamento "proporzionato": ho dovuto attendere e pazientare. Se invece acquistavo componenti di maggior prezzo l'assistenza e la cortesia erano maggiori. Ripeto, importante: MIA esperienza. Listless…. I try to clarify: every time I have been there I have verified a way of doing that I did not like. I'm probably asking too much ... but that's my experience. N.B. (For me) Listless in the sense that if you enter for information or if by chance you need a low-priced component, as happened to me, you receive (or at least I received) a "proportionate" treatment: I had to wait and be patient. If, on the other hand, I bought components with a higher price, the assistance and courtesy were greater. Again, important: MY experience.
