Risultato a dir poco deludente, scritta generica "buon compleanno" e stop..ps l importo da 15 euro ma lo scontrino da 1,50 euro, forse si sono sbagliati? ? Sono semplicemente i migliori! V	Valentina Piccinini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sotto consiglio di diversi amici, decidiamo di affidarci a loro per l’allestimento del compleanno di nostro figlio. Scelta sbagliatissima. Ci rechiamo il martedì nel negozio per richiedere il servizio per la sera successiva. Il negozio era chiuso, chiamiamo e ci chiedono di passare il giorno successivo di mattina. Essendo consapevoli del nostro poco preavviso, chiediamo comunque se sarebbero stati in grado di realizzare la nostra richiesta. Rispondono che avrebbero realizzato qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato comunque la loro disponibilità nel realizzare l’allestimento nonostante avessimo trovato il negozio chiuso. Il mercoledì mattina ci presentiamo alle 10 presso il negozio e abbiamo atteso fino alle 10:45, non è mai arrivato nessuno e per di più non rispondevano nemmeno al telefono. Poco professionali, ci hanno lasciato senza allestimento, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un altro store a San Benedetto che ha esaudito immediatamente le nostre richieste. Non si sono nemmeno degnati di una chiamata per le scuse. Non lo consiglio a nessuno per come si sono comportati nei nostri confronti. Being aware of our short notice, we still ask if they would have been able to fulfill our request. They reply that they would fulfill any of our requests. However, we appreciated their willingness to create the set-up despite having found the shop closed. On Wednesday morning we show up at 10 at the shop and we waited until 10:45, no one ever came and moreover they didn't even answer the phone. Unprofessional, they left us without set-up, luckily we found another store in San Benedetto that immediately fulfilled our requests. They didn't even deign to give an apology call. I do not recommend it to anyone for how they behaved towards us.
