Organizzano feste, attività ricreative e di gruppo: vedere gli ospiti sempre col sirriso non ha prezzo. A wonderful facility. The operators are very nice and always available. Da evidenziare la professionalità di tutto il personale addetto che riesce a creare una atmosfera coinvolgente per gli ospiti tale da renderli protagonisti pur in un momento tanto delicato della loro vita. Excellent structure that I know from 2005 to 2011 for hosting my in-laws and from 2015 to 2020 my mother. To highlight the professionalism of all the staff who manage to create an engaging atmosphere for guests such as to make them protagonists even in such a delicate moment of their life.
S	Silvio Santaniello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alimentazione al limite della decenza, una volta in un mese che mia madre ha avuto bisogno di notte per dolori addominali e ha chiesto una tazza di acqua calda e zucchero gli hanno detto che la cucina era chiusa, neanche avesse chiesto un pranzo completo, il dottore è arrivato dopo più di un'ora e gli ha detto di non preoccuparsi che non era niente senza dargli assolutamente niente. Poi all'ingresso mi hanno chiesto se mia madre era il tipo che vedeva la tv alle 2 di notte, era in una stanza con 2 letti, ma ho risposto che mia madre era una persona tranquilla e ci stava con la testa e con chi l'hanno messa in camera.... con una persona che accendeva spesso e volentieri la tv di notte e faceva altre stranezze perchè poverina non era completamente cosciente, tant'è che gli ultimi 9 gg. mia madre fortunatamente è rimasta da sola nella camera. E altre situazioni poco carine....insomma quando mia madre è arrivata a casa , dopo essere uscita dalla "Villa", mi ha buttato le braccia al collo e mi ha detto che non voleva assolutamente ripetere questa esperienza....dimenticavo un mese a Nuova Villa Marcella ci è costato € 2500 Feeding on the edge of decency, once in a month my mother needed abdominal pain at night and asked for a cup of hot water and sugar they told him the kitchen was closed, even he hadn't asked for a full lunch, the doctor he arrived after more than an hour and told him not to worry it was nothing without giving him absolutely nothing. 'they put in the room .... with a person who often and willingly turned on the TV at night and did other oddities because the poor thing was not completely conscious, so much so that the last 9 days. fortunately my mother was left alone in the room. And other not very nice situations .... in short, when my mother arrived home, after leaving the "Villa", she threw her arms around me and told me that she absolutely did not want to repeat this experience .... I forgot a month in Nuova Villa Marcella cost us € 2500

Il personale è adorabile, sempre attento e gentile e poi quel parco è un toccasana. Ti aiutano in tutto e ti restituiscono la serenità. L'ho consigliata più volte, e lo rifarei I had my grandfather at Villa Marcella and more than a retirement home it looks like a family. The staff are lovely, always attentive and kind and then that park is a lifesaver. They help you in everything and restore your serenity. I have recommended it several times, and I would do it again
A	Angela Ragonese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente consigliata, mi è capitato di dover indicare una struttura a persone vicine e anche loro hanno apprezzato L estrema professionalità e attenzione che caratterizza questa struttura: dalla pulizia al vitto, dall'assistenza sempre attenta alla cordialità di tutto lo staff. Il giardino è in realtà un bellissimo parco e rappresenta il valore aggiunto di un posto che riesce a regalare leggerezza senza mai far mancare sostegno e supporto ad ognuno dei suoi ospiti. Definitely recommended, I happened to have to indicate a structure to close people and they too appreciated the extreme professionalism and attention that characterizes this structure: from cleaning to food, from the always attentive assistance to the friendliness of all the staff. The garden is actually a beautiful park and represents the added value of a place that manages to give lightness without ever lacking support and support to each of its guests.

La struttura è un gioiellino immerso nel verde, che da subito ti fa calare in un ambiente sano, rilassante e di totale pace. Il personale è disponibile e qualificato. Una nota di merito va sicuramente data ai responsabili della Direzione i quali non vi faranno mai mancare il loro supporto durante tutto il percorso. Impossibile trovare di meglio. Choosing Villa Marcella means entrusting your loved ones to true professionals, knowing that they will do everything to make them feel loved, cared for and treated as you would in a family. The structure is a gem surrounded by greenery, which immediately makes you fall into a healthy, relaxing and total peace environment. The staff is helpful and qualified. A note of merit must certainly be given to the managers of the Management who will never miss their support throughout the journey. Couldn't find better.
