Se li chiami non sa niente nessuno. Peccato. Una bellissima posizione e struttura ma operai veramente troppo limitati.... Definitely 1 star even less. I'm standing here waiting for half a day. Prevista riconsegna del veicolo con denuncia penale per truffa contrattuale e rito civile per risarcimento danni. Alle innumerevoli email e PEC dello studio legale non hanno mai risposto. Speriamo che con la denuncia alla procura della repubblica riusciremo almeno a recuperare le somme spese. Che questa testimonianza possa essere utile a chi in procinto di acquistare un veicolo sceglie la nuova sport car di isola delle femmine. RIDICOLI ------‐-------------- Pessima esperienza e pessimo customer care! Firma del contratto ed invio dell'intera somma pattuita per acquisto di un veicolo (Mini Cooper) che era presente in show room in data 08/07/2020. Venditore promette 10 giorni alla consegna scrivendo sul contratto consegna entro fine luglio 2020 per tenersi al sicuro. Ad oggi 11/08/2020 nessun contatto, nessuna stima sulla data di consegna, nessuna soluzione alternativa proposta. Oltre il danno la beffa visto che per la rescissione del contratto ed il rimborso della cifra pagata servirà passare la pratica ad uno studio legale. Pessimo interesse nei confronti del cliente, nessuna volontà da parte dell'amministrazione di trovare una soluzione. Se dovete acquistare un auto andate altrove se cercate professionalità, garanzie ed assistenza. Spero che questo feedback possa essere utile a chi per la prima volta sta cercando di acquistare un veicolo presso la Nuova Sport Car di Isola delle Femmine. This is where the service department of Nuova Sports Car came through for me. Despite language difficulties they ordered the necessary parts after just an email and a phone call last week, and they went to work on the bike right away when I dropped it off just now. I might make that ferry to Tunis later this week after all ?
