Perché ?
Partiamo dicendo che ho fatto il pizzaiolo x tre anni e ho girato l’Italia assaggiando pizze . Ora premetto che la pizza piace secondo il propio gusto e la propria idea del buono.
Detto ciò ; l’impasto risulta essere croccante all’esterno e friabile all’interno , la lunga lievitazione e le farine “antiche” fanno il resto .. se poi aggiungiamo ingredienti di qualità , cortesia, ed efficienza .. ragazzi facciamo il botto !
Al mio dire la migliore pizza d’asporto tra Cefalù e Campofelice - non dico che le altre non siano buone ma questa al mio dire è di un punto sopra -

Let's start by saying that I made the pizzaiolo x three years and I traveled around Italy tasting pizzas. Now I state that pizza likes according to its taste and its idea of the good.
That said ; the dough turns out to be crunchy on the outside and crumbly on the inside, the long leavening and the "ancient" flours do the rest .. if we then add quality ingredients, courtesy, and efficiency .. guys let's make a bang!
In my opinion the best takeaway pizza between Cefalù and Campofelice - I don't say that the others are not good but this is in my opinion one point above -

Nei pressi della piazza del paese trovi questa pizzeria d’asporto che ti da la possibilità di consumare la pizza anche nei pochi tavolini posti proprio a lato dell’ingresso. Il forno non è a legna ma elettrico, nonostante ciò il gusto della pizza è veramente ottimo. Ottimo l’impatto ed ottimi pure i condimenti. Organizzatissimo il personale, voto 10 anche a loro.
The best pizza in Campofelice di Roccella. Near the town square you will find this take-away pizzeria that gives you the opportunity to eat pizza even in the few tables placed right next to the entrance. The oven is not wood-fired but electric, despite this the taste of the pizza is really excellent. Excellent impact and excellent condiments as well. Staff very organized, vote 10 to them too.
