Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unable to recognize the value of a "good morning", "of nothing", ... They also gave me wrong information on the validity time of the ticket I bought. Congratulations and good work.

È stato un vero piacere, spero di rivederlo in questa agenzia visto che sono una viaggiatrice abituale e lui è stato un'eccellenza nel vostro servizio.
On June 27, I made my reservation at this location (starting 29), which say: I was served by a young boy to say the least friendly !!! It was a pleasure, I hope to see him again in this agency since I am a regular traveler and he's been an excellence in your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rubbish service, specially that they do speak English but they don’t give a f to help you. I think it’s their job to advice about services they do? very disappointing for such a place like Agrigento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service from the skinny dark-haired guy that was in the kiosk office today. The buses were on strike today and he was of absolutely no help at all. I even try to call the kiosk a few hours later, asking if anybody speaks English. His answer was: tu-tu-tu-tu (imitating busy telephone line). Poor. Unprofessional. Inhumane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good with the kiosk near bus station. One young guy speaks English very well and shared with us all the information we needed. Old guy does not speak English so we had to use Google translator? but we got what we wanted, he was friendly and helpful no matter language.
