Sono stata fatta accomodare su una poltrona e hanno iniziato con il colore(macchiata ovunque),ho dovuto chiedere io di essere smacchiata e nonostante ciò è rimasto il danno. Non hanno illustrato mai, in nessun passaggio quale trattamento stavano svolgendo. In due ore in salone nessuno delle due operatrici mi ha rivolto la parola,nessun tentativo di fidelizzazione. La piega,il taglio e il colore sono stati eseguiti bene. La mancata accoglienza e la non cura del cliente fanno sì che non consiglierei questo salone, né ci tornerò. I received a Gold package as a gift and then I went (after making an appointment twice) to the salon. Zero reception. I was made to sit in an armchair and they started with the color (stained everywhere), I had to ask for it to be stained and yet the damage remained. They never explained, in any passage, what treatment they were doing. In two hours in the salon neither of the two operators spoke to me, no attempt to build loyalty. The crease, the cut and the color were done well. The lack of reception and the lack of customer care mean that I would not recommend this salon, nor will I return.
