Mi avevano parlato di Lucia come di un'esperta di ricci (sono riccia); da quando mi ha fatto il taglio vado in giro coi capelli legati o al massimo faccio la piega (che si è rifiutata di farmi). La sconsiglio a chiunque per la scarsa attitudine all'ascolto dato che ha disatteso una ad una ogni mia richiesta e per la totale mancanza di empatia con il cliente. Per la prima volta sono uscita dalla parrucchiera con la testa più in disordine di quando ero entrata. Se mi fossi rivolta a un giardiniere adesso avrei sicuramente un taglio di capelli più accettabile. E' stata la prima e l'ultima volta.
I write my experience so that others don't make my mistake. I had been told about Lucia as an expert in curls (I'm curly); since I made the cut I go around with tied hair or at the most I do the fold (which refused to do me). I do not recommend it to anyone for their poor listening skills since they have neglected each of my requests one by one and for the total lack of empathy with the customer. For the first time, I left the hairdresser with my head more messy than when I entered. If I had turned to a gardener now I would certainly have a more acceptable hairstyle. It was the first and last time.

I have hateful hair: frizzy tending to blur. Thanks to Lucia, her cuts and her advice on drying hair, I managed to make up for them and enjoy them as well! Super professionalism, guaranteed fun and excellent quality products! It's definitely my hairdresser <3

Molto professionali anche nei suggerimenti per il taglio ed eventuali accorgimenti per la salute del capello da fare a casa ... Il momento del lavaggio è stata una "coccola" rilassante di fine giornata... Ottima anche la qualità/prezzo... Consigliatissimo... Avevo già vissuto con lo staff un esperienza durante una sfilata di moda e già allora ero rimasta entusiasta delle acconciature delle modelle che hanno valorizzato e consentito l'ottima riuscita della serata!!!
Very positive experience !!! I found a lot of courtesy, kindness and smiles (even if hidden by the mask) .. Very professional also in the suggestions for cutting and any precautions for the health of the hair to do at home ... The moment of washing was a "cuddle" relaxing at the end of the day ... Also excellent quality / price ... Highly recommended ... I had already lived an experience with the staff during a fashion show and even then I was enthusiastic about the hairstyles of the models who enhanced and allowed the excellent success of the evening !!!
