Non essendo di Ostia, mi sono lasciata consigliare dove poter andare a sistemarla e devo dire che il consiglio è stato preziosissimo. Gentili, affidabili e onesti, e alla fine invece di riparare la gomma ne ho comprate due nuove anche perché con molta professionalità, mi hanno fatto notare che stavo viaggiando con due ruote usurate e pericolose.Lo straconsiglio a tutti.Ottimo servizio. I had a mishap with a wheel and needed to repair it. Not being from Ostia, I let myself be advised where to go to fix it and I must say that the advice was invaluable. Kind, reliable and honest, and in the end instead of repairing the tire I bought two new ones also because with a lot of professionalism, they pointed out that I was traveling with two worn and dangerous wheels.

On the first call, I politely received all the information I needed with the proposal of the cheapest quote among those consulted. Once the appointment was made, which was respected in the time and waiting times communicated on the phone, they mounted tires in perfect condition. I would add that while waiting for the tire change, I noticed the willingness with which each customer is welcomed and advised to solve their problem. I wanted to write this review because I was struck by the seriousness and humanity offered by the whole NEW LIDO GOMME team, even to people never known before like me. I RECOMMEND IT WITH EYES CLOSED!
