Ho affidato loro casa mia il 27 ottobre e il 22 dicembre come promesso fin dall'inizio entro in casa dopo una ristrutturazione completa chiavi in mano. Oltre ad aver trasformato il mio appartamento in un vero e proprio gioiello ci tengo a precisare che tutto ciò è avvenuto per noi senza nessuno stress! Le frasi che più ci siamo sentiti dire sono: non c'è problema, ci pensiamo noi, facciamo solo cose belle. La loro parola vale più di un contratto scritto. Affidabili lavorano con precisione ma soprattutto con grande amore e dedizione per quello che fanno. A parte il gusto estetico sublime e raffinato che vi contraddistingue da molti altri blasonati competitors, il pregio più grande e non affatto comune che ancor più vi rende merito è la passione con cui agite, in questo periodo ho seguito i lavori che avete realizzato a casa di un carissimo amico, casa del tutto difficile da affrontare per via dell’epoca del palazzo, eppure tutto lo staff svolgeva il proprio compito scrupolosamente tant’è che in più di un occasione ho visto ripetere lavori difficili su cui altri avrebbero sorvolato e soltanto perché il carattere professionale con cui vi muovete naturalmente, vi impone di dare il meglio di Voi per trarne soddisfazione e lasciare il segno nella gioia di chi vi ingaggia. Ho visto L’ idraulico dedicare tempo non previsto a consigliare la giusta angolazione di ogni sanitario, il decoratore consigliare il tono più appropriato alla parete adiacente per poi prodigarsi ad accontentare fino all’ultimo il cliente. Dulcis in fundo il tocco di classe del manager consigliare la disposizione degli arredi aiutare nel prendere le misure e fornire aiuto nell’istallazione finale di ogni oggetto. Consiglio davvero a chiunque voglia trasformare o arredare uno spazio a cui tiene di contattarvi perché come direbbe Oscar Wilde: “Il guardare una cosa è ben diverso dal vederla. I lavoro sono stati eseguiti alla perfezione e nei tempi prestabiliti. La famiglia De Lorenzo è ancora una di quelle poche famiglie di artigiani che tengono a quello che fanno e pur di soddisfare il cliente si fanno in quattro. Da noi hanno lavorato 7 giorni su 7 pur di permetterci di entrare prima di quando concordato. Circa i materiali beh vi basterà farvi un po di giri oer capire il livello. Ah .. ogni nostra richiesta extra è sempre stata accettata e ancora oggi... a distanza di 6 mesi sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di aiuto e suggerimento. Sono i numero uno!
