β β β β β Confermo,4 ore di attesa e sono ancora fermo,altri autisti che arrivano dopo e inspiegabilmente vengono chiamati prima,poca educazione del personale quando cerchi spiegazioni.
Decisamente da rivedere tutto,non riesco a trovare un lato positivo.
I confirm, 4 hours of waiting and I'm still stopped, other drivers who arrive later and inexplicably are called before, little staff education when looking for explanations.
