★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se la funzione delle recensioni è quella di informare altri potenziali clienti sulla qualità del servizio offerto (ed è certamente così) devo manifestare tutta la mia profonda e quasi "incredula" insoddisfazione per quanto di mia esperienza. Il tecnico, ha proceduto ad una sostituzione di un pezzo, certamente guasto e per un ammontare tutt'altro che economico, su una caldaia che poche ore dopo, ha nuovamente smesso, di funzionare. Sollecitato a tornare, ha fatto congetture in merito ad un nuovo onerosissimo guasto, relativo ad una parte che, un altro tecnico contattato, ha invece provveduto a riprogrammare correttamente al solo (e ben più onesto) diritto di intervento. In sostanza il tecnico oltre a sostituire il pezzo non è stato in grado di completare la procedura di riparazione. La mia personale, ma fermissima sensazione è stata di poca competenza tecnica e significativa avidità. Basti pensare a come ha rimontato in maniera a dir poco approssimativa, la caldaia in questione, in spregio ad ogni procedura tecnica e nondimeno di sicurezza. Per questi motivi, in coscienza, non posso che sconsigliare vibratamente.
If the function of the reviews is to inform other potential customers about the quality of the service offered (and it is certainly so) I must express all my profound and almost "incredulous" dissatisfaction with my experience. The technician has proceeded to a replacement of a piece, certainly faulty and for an amount far from economic, on a boiler that a few hours later has stopped working again. Urged to return, he speculated about a new onerosissimo failure, relating to a part that, another technician contacted, has instead proceeded to reschedule correctly only to (and much more honest) right to intervene. In essence, the technician was not able to complete the repair procedure in addition to replacing the part. My personal but very firm feeling was of little technical competence and significant greed. Just think of how the boiler in question was reassembled, to say the least, in disregard of all technical and safety procedures. For these reasons, in conscience, I can only advise against vibrating.
