Il titolare ci ha illuso, dopo un tamponamento, dicendoci che il suo preventivo sarebbe stato inferiore rispetto a quello fatto da un' altra officina. Al termine del lavoro la cifra era superiore a quella pattuita ed in più non sono stati in grado di sistemare l impianto elettrico tant e ' vero che l auto non partiva più ; siamo stati costretti a portarla in un' officina autorizzata in cui abbiamo dovuto spendere una cospicua cifra ed i competenti dipendenti ci hanno fatto notare che l automobile era stata rattoppata anziché riparata in maniera perlomeno decente.
Premetto che è una opel con soli 60000 km.
Ho provato a riportargliela ma comunque i dipendenti non sono proprio in grado di capire come va riparata decentemente un' automobile opel.
Mi dispiace solo aver regalato tanti soldi ad un incopetente che è solo capace di illudere i clienti.

The owner deceived us, after a rear-end collision, telling us that his estimate would have been lower than that made by another workshop. At the end of the work the figure was higher than the agreed one and in addition they were unable to fix the electrical system so much so that the car no longer started; we were forced to take it to an authorized workshop where we had to spend a large amount and the competent employees pointed out that the car had been patched rather than repaired in a decent way at least.
I state that it is an opel with only 60000 km.
I tried to bring it back but the employees are not quite able to understand how an opel car should be repaired decently.
I am only sorry to have given a lot of money to an incompetent who is only able to deceive customers.

In recent days I called them, on the advice of my husband Andrea who is their clt, and they immediately set an appointment for me.Today I did the review with them, really satisfied, they are professional, fast and very courteous. Congratulations to the staff, especially to the 2 girls who are in the administrative office. Thanks Desirée I really felt at ?. I will definitely be back to them.
