Everything is good, from the classic "antipasto Toscano" with a seasonal touch (panzanella in the Summer, pappa al pomodoro in Winter) to the pasta offers with great options. Pizza is awesome, calzone even better and if you never tried "crostone" you need to leave now and go.
Prices are very competitive, the service is really quick and the guys are nice, ironic and ready to help.
I think that the real difference with many places is the quality of the ingredients they use, always fresh, in a clean and professional kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget the touristy restaurants in Arezzo's old town. This is where locals eat and it's a lively, no nonsense kind of place. The staff are great, and the food is always delicious and great value for money, both the pizza in the evenings and the pasta, risotto and other dishes on the lunch menu. I eat here often and it's always excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homely atmosphere, traditional tuscan food. Set menu at lunch is amazing, you get choice of a first course, main meal, side dish, bread, wine, bottled water and espresso coffee (don't ask for filter coffee cose they don't do it) for an amazing €11, all home made.
