Generalmente hanno poche cose, quasi mai hanno ciò che serve (che si tratti di cartoncini, di cartelline o di qualcosa che sia diverso dalle penne o dai colori) e le poche volte che ce li hanno, la risposta è: "devo tenerli per quelli delle tesine". Oltre a non sapersi organizzare il lavoro non hanno neanche cura del cliente, che può tranquillamente rimanere li ad aspettare mezz'ora mentre la commessa chiacchiera spensieratamente con il cliente precedente che comunque aveva già finito.
