Il venditore dopo aver ricevuto l'articolo mi rispose che siccome le scarpe erano state indossate (mezza giornata) e lui non poteva procedere col reso! Mi propose ingenuamente un rimborso del 50% oppure di programmare un ritiro presso la sua sede! Programmai il ritiro A SPESE MIE tenendomi le scarpe macchiate! Un esperienza da dimenticare! Pessima assistenza! Pessimo venditore! Scortesi al massimo! Lo sconsiglio.
Very bad experience! after a few days I noticed a stain on the right shoe! I sent the item back to MY COSTS! The seller after receiving the item replied that since the shoes had been worn (half a day) and he could not proceed with the return! He naively offered me a 50% refund or to schedule a retreat at his office! I plan to pick up my expenses by keeping my shoes stained! An experience to forget! Very bad assistance! Bad seller! Rude to the max! I do not recommend it.
