Nel mio caso ho acquistato un semplice trasformatore che non ricaricava più le batterie del prodotto "Ok Farma New Dolpass". Il prezzo MINIMO parte da 20,00 EUR, quello massimo supera i 35,00 EUR (dipende dal rivenditore). A questo vanno aggiunte le spese di spedizione (da 8,00 EUR in su). Il prodotto che mi è arrivato NON era lo stesso di quello originale non più funzionante ma era un prodotto con caratteristiche inferiori. Ho scritto alla ditta New Age per spiegare l'errore e mi è stato risposto che loro non sono produttori del prodotto e che, pur avendo caratteristiche minori, era valido per la funzione richiesta. Stop. La mia risposta è stata quella di far notare alla New Age che il prodotto inviato costa AL MASSIMO 5,00 o 6,00 EURO (dai cinesi anche meno) mentre i loro rivenditori (che non ne possono, poverini) lo vendono anche al 400% del costo reale. Ed io mi sono tenuto un prodotto con minore funzionalità pagato come l'oro puro. Nessuno mi ha più risposto e l'azienda sembra fantasma e, a mio avviso, non è per nulla professionale. mi chiedo se il prezzo delle macchine mediche che vendono sono anch'essi aumentati del 400%. This company has a number of official retailers through which it sells spare parts for its electromedical products. In my case I purchased a simple transformer that no longer recharged the batteries of the "Ok Farma New Dolpass" product. The MINIMUM price starts at EUR 20.00, the maximum price exceeds EUR 35.00 (depends on the retailer). To this must be added the shipping costs (from 8.00 EUR upwards). The product that arrived to me was NOT the same as the original one that no longer worked but was a product with lower characteristics. I wrote to the company New Age to explain the error and I was told that they are not producers of the product and that, despite having minor features, it was valid for the requested function. Stop. My answer was to point out to the New Age that the product sent costs A MAXIMUM 5.00 or 6.00 EURO (even less from the Chinese) while their retailers (who can't, poor people) also sell it at 400 % of the real cost. And I kept a product with less functionality paid like pure gold. No one has answered me anymore and the company looks like a ghost and, in my opinion, it's not professional at all. I wonder if the price of the medical machines they sell has also increased by 400%.
