★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definetely one of my favourite places in Rome for ice cream. Not many flavours but they all taste amazing. Personell is kind and ready to help you out. The only downside is that often it's very crowded, but once you got your ice cream you can stay inside and seat at the tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally recommend this place to eat ice cream. I think that is one of the best ice cream you could ever try in Rome both for the quality and the price. I love the fact that they have gluten free cone. A plus is the nice area inside where you can chill and eat your ice cream!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this gelato place so much that we returned twice during our stay in Rome! Location is a bit tricky -- it's on the other side of the bridge closer to the Vatican. Very unique flavours like avocado, and the espresso one is very strong. The classic flavours are very tasty as well, and the shop itself is clean and modern, with lots of seating -- would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit, staff was friendly. Gelato was good texture, fresh, and tre tasty. The chocolate chip flavor was decent enough but the dark chocolate flavor..I remember when I first tried their dark chocolate...sweet sweet chocolate...I ALWAYS HATED IT! Except here, it was quite delicious. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good ice cream, light and creamy, smooth with very small ice particles so it doesn't freeze your tongue. Not too sweet, balanced taste and texture without any unpleasant aftertaste or odd sensations (like in many other places who use artificial flavors or additives). Plain & basic classic flavors without toppings, but all well made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go out of my way to visit for their chocolate & hazelnut flavour. It’s incredible. Quick and cheap, smooth and delectable. One of my favourite ice cream flavours anywhere. Don’t forget the whipped cream on top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ice cream in Rome hands down! Never trust anyone who says "la Romana" is the best they know nothing... Not exactly a prime location but could be paired to a visit at the zaha hadid designed MAXXI and the Renzo Piano designed auditorium....if you wish! If you're very lucky you may even catch a short glimpse of the famous contemporary philosopher "Dibba" who lives just around the corner!
