Ci sono però delle macro-cose molto deludenti come ad esempio un'accoglienza inesistente (trattandosi di bambini un servizio di questo tipo andrebbe a maggior ragione attivato); lo spazio all'aperto è abbandonato es il verde inselvatichito né è piena testimonianza; la struttura esterna ed interna appare fatiscente (luogo visivamente non consono ad accogliere utenza umana e non degno dello svolgimento di attività professionali delicatissime). Proporrei di fissare il maquillage dell'edificio, di curare il verde, di sistemare qualche piccolo gioco per bambini; di arricchire il giardino con qualche panchina in più e qualche spazio di lettura. Bellissima una melanconica panchina anni '60 che personalmente "salverei" come arredo di archeologia urbana. The service rendered looks good in professional terms. However, there are some very disappointing macro-things such as a non-existent reception (as children are concerned, a service of this kind should be even more activated); the open space is abandoned and the green is neither full nor testimony; the external and internal structure appears dilapidated (a place that is visually not suited to receiving human users and not worthy of carrying out extremely delicate professional activities). I would suggest to fix the make-up of the building, to take care of the greenery, to arrange some small games for children; to enrich the garden with some extra bench and some reading space. Beautiful a melancholic bench from the 60s that I would personally "save" as a piece of urban archeology.

Ad esempio a me hanno aiutato a far passare la mia paura maniacale e irazionale agli aghi, e tutto questo grazie alla Dott.sa Federica Polo e La dott.sa Pansera, questo luogo aiuta molto le persone, e soprattutto per me, che sono asperger, aiuta molto venire qui. Vergognatevi a dire che questo posto è inutile, vi ricrederete e libererete la mente dai brutti pensieri che vi affliggono ogni giorno. Per tutti i bambini che stanno leggendo questo posto, se avete problemi sia a scuola che a casa, non esitate a venire qui, i medici sapranno aiutarvi. Buonasera.
