Con mia sorpresa tutti dissero che buon caffe hai fatto, assaggisi subito e con stupore il caffe era veramente buono, tostato non troppo e lasciava un retrogusto di caffe non di bruciato come quelli provati prima. 5 stelle meritatissime per quella miscela e tostatura. Vorrei trovarlo online perché dove lo aho acquistato fino ad ora mi hanno informato non lo tengono più. Per non parlare della qualità scadente delle capsule. Col passare del tempo invece la qualità è scesa parecchio e nelle scatole trovo la gran parte delle capsule difettate, il caffè non esce quindi bisogna buttare via tutto. Spreco enorme di prodotto e denaro,il prezzo basso purtroppo ora ha un senso. Ma la delusione più grande è il servizio clienti,inesistente, ho scritto per segnalare i problemi e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Morale: ho cambiato marca, spendo 30cent. in più a scatola ma il caffè si può bere, è buono e non butto via i soldi. Il cliente non va trattato così, questo non è lavorare, è voler lucrare su un prodotto che non vale più niente proponendo solo un prezzo basso. Il caffè è appena bevibile (provato Qualità ORO) e le cialde inutilizzabili. Entrano a forza nella macchinetta e ne esce quasi nulla. Se una capsula normale dà mezza tazzina, queste 1/5, non bevi nulla (anche facendo il caffè lunghissimo). L'acqua SPORCA va tutta nel vassoietto di raccolta capsule. Chiederei i danni per il palato ed il portafogli. E le getterò via, ci manca che mi danneggino pure la macchinetta..... VERGOGNA. ALL BAD. They forcefully enter the machine and almost nothing comes out. If a normal capsule gives half a cup, these 1/5, you do not drink anything (even making very long coffee). The DIRTY water goes all into the capsule collection tray. I would ask for damage to the palate and wallet. And I will throw them away, we miss them to damage the machine as well ..... SHAME.
