Reading to the other reviews, I want to hope it was just an unlucky evening, because it has been suggested from friends and also the reputation is good, but my experience was awful.
We arrived around 9.30pm and the place was almost empty, but they kindly bring us to the table. We started to order and the food was almost disgusting. We got gomma wakame and it was still iced. I asked about the issue and we got it back few minutes later, but sinked in water from the melt ice. The same situation for the sashimi, which was clearly just defrost without any care. Every piece in the plate was surrounded by melting ice water and the taste was just.. Untasty. We got rolls and sushi, but also that wasn't good at all. It was my first time at the sushi place I left food on the table, but it was impossible to eat it. We paid the bill and we left very upset. I whish it was just that one time experience, but I will never go back to test it again, it was clear the meal was awful and they even didn't ask what it was the problem, as they were used to see those customer reactions and behave. Sorry guys, change job.

Its called all you can eat, and i eat a looot of ginger (which is probably the cheapest thing they buy) after 2 times of asking for another plate of ginger (which is roughly 2 to 3 bites of ginger per plate) they cake and said to me they are out of ginger.
A sushi restaurant, japanese, out of ginger?
I mean saying u can't give me more ginger is better che mi prendere per il culo :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there three times, and I never wrote a review, but after the third one, I said that's it.
Our first visit was nice, the waiter was very friendly and very professional. The food was good which made us come again.
However, everything started to degenerate after our second visit.
The staff was really nasty, unprofessional and with an attitude that makes you lose your appetite. However the food was still good.
On the third time we decided to go saying: maybe last time we had a waitress that just wasn't her day. But that wasn't the case. Turns out all the other waiters, except for the first guy on our first visit, has an attitude. The last straw was when i kept asking for ginger (because they bring extra small quantities that you can finish in one bite) and the waitress said : MORE?!
I was baffeled by her attitude given that I was asking for ginger only for the second time.
And when i asked for the third time she had the audacity to say: WE ARE OUT OF GINGER!
How can you excpect people to come back with that attitude? And telling people that you are out of something essential when eating sushi.
I am actually not going there again ever.
The food is really good, but not worth the company of the staff that will ruin your meal.
