A	Alessio Nanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso da loro lancia Delta GPL della casa, auto ovviamente usata con i normalissimi segni di usura, quindi interni relativamente logorati e qualche dettaglio opacizzato, è cmq una Fiat di 8 anni, quindi messo in preventivo, prezzo un pelo più alto di un privato e più basso di altri concessionari, su strada si comporta egregiamente (x ora) e come mia personale garanzia ho chiesto i vecchi pezzi di tagliando e distribuzione, per avere la certezza di averli cambiati (sono stato accontentato) organizzazione di trasporto un po confusionaria ma andata a buon fine...consiglio Nelli come concessionaria, hanno scelta e lavorano con precisione, gli dovete dare il loro tempo, no fretta... Ho preso un usato e nonostante si sia riscontrato un piccolo problema dopo un mese ( problema di anzianità del mezzo) lo ha risolto tempestivamente e a carico suo. 5 stelle sono poche . Ne merita almeno 10. Non sono abituato a lasciare recensioni ma questa va assolutamente lasciata per dare fiducia a chi come me ha avuto bisogno di trovare un concessionario serio per l'acquisto della propria auto, che si sa di questi tempi è una scelta molto ponderata e si spera sempre di essersi rivolti alle persone giuste. GIULIO a very professional salesman, a very easygoing person. It deserves at least 10. G	Gabriele De Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giulio, persona con la quale ho avuto a che fare, si è dimostrato da subito una persona disponibilissima e competente, ha risposto subito ai messaggi inviati su WhatsApp e una volta arrivati in concessionaria, con molta pazienza ha concesso tutto il tempo necessario per visionare l'auto e fare un drive test senza avere il minimo di preavviso. Avendo avvisato la mattina del mio arrivo nel pomeriggio ha avuto la cura di far trovare l'auto ben lavata in modo da poter vedere se presentava eventuali difetti o graffi (quasi inesistenti). Ci siamo presi il tempo di pensare all'eventuale acquisto. avendo valutato anche la sua professionalità abbiamo deciso di comprare l'auto anche se siamo lontani ben 120 km... senza farci tornare abbiamo fatto il contratto on line (ieri 1 settembre) su questo ha annotato anche le migliorie da apportare all'auto. Ora aspettiamo di essere chiamati per il ritiro dell'auto. I	Ilariabaldacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè zero non si può...... acquistata un' auto usata a febbraio 2019. Ci è stata mostrata frettolosamente, consegnata a pagamento già iniziato. Presentava cinture di sicurezza su ambo i lati non funzinanti ( fatte sostituire controvoglia e con insistenza) ,problemi al cambio sequenziale manifestati già da subito e sempre rattoppati dalla loro officina facendoci pagare il 50% della IPOTETICA RIPARAZIONE( il danno persiste ma hanno sempre rattoppato in attesa che scadesse la garanzia) .Il veicolo era fisso in manutenzione per il problema sopra riportato MAI risolto, che ad oggi mi ha portata a restare a piedi già 4 volte da questa estate. Tale incuria da parte del venditore mi porta ad aver speso circa 300€ in rabbocchi mensili dell'olio del cambio più vari carriattrezzi per il recupero del veicolo, a tutto ciò sommiamo preventivo di oltre 2000 euro per riparare il pezzo( di cui il venditore ha sempre saputo i difetti, ma ha sempre fatto scarica barile) . Che dire parlerò malissimo di tale posto a chiunque io incontri.Aggiornamento in data 16 dicembre 2021 il guasto sopra citato è peggiorato e l'auto è da BUTTARE I put a star because zero cannot be done ...... purchased a used car in February 2019. This neglect on the part of the seller leads me to have spent about € 300 in monthly topping up of the gearbox oil plus various tools for the recovery of the vehicle, to all this we add an estimate of over 2000 euros to repair the piece (of which the seller has always knew the flaws, but always did barrel discharge). What can I say I will speak very badly of this place to anyone I meet.
