★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto e sto vivendo una terribile esperienza con questi signori che hanno effettuato lavori nel cantiere nonché assunto, in altra veste societaria, la qualità di venditori dello stesso immobile che, a distanza di pochissimi anni dalla fine lavori, sta letteralmente cadendo a pezzi, con enormi problemi di infiltrazioni, di riscaldamento non funzionante (con geotermico) di pompe ecc. Si aggiunge la scortesia, l'arroganza e l'indifferenza all'umano di chi ha ripetutamente sbattuto la porta in faccia ad inquilini disperati che hanno buttato i risparmi di una vita con una iniziativa immobiliare scellerata. Il cantiere è stato realizzato anche con il contributo (si fa per dire) di questa ditta. Spero vivamente che questa recensione possa servire a chi si sta imbattendo per i più svariati motivi in questa gente. 1 stella perché non c'è lo zero.
I have lived and am living a terrible experience with these gentlemen who have carried out work on the construction site as well as assumed, in another corporate capacity, the quality of sellers of the same property which, a few years after the end of the work, is literally falling apart, with huge problems of infiltrations, non-functioning heating (with geothermal) of pumps, etc. Add the rudeness, arrogance and indifference to the human being of those who repeatedly slammed the door in the face of desperate tenants who have thrown away their life savings with a nefarious real estate initiative. The construction site was also built with the contribution (so to speak) of this company. I sincerely hope that this review will be useful to those who are bumping into these people for various reasons. 1 star because there is no zero.
